What happens next?

Requests submitted after 5pm EST will be responded to the following business day by our Scheduler. Check your e-mail! If applicable, all U-Haul and estimated reimbursable expenses are charged upon job confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable and things happen. As long as you let us know more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, there’s no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, we will have to charge you for 50% of your reserved time. In some special cases—such as a family emergency—we may consider waiving the 50% charge and simply rescheduling the job. Please understand that we review these on a case-by-case basis and generally require documentation of the emergency.
