AKA Working Out and Treasure Hunting

Keep a good attitude!

Most times, it's going to look like a lot-- but you got this!

Heavy Stuff First

Before you get exhausted, bring down the dresser from the 3rd story.

Over communicate. Call out every step you take on the stairs. If the object is close to hitting something, or you need a break, vocalize that.

Have a Leader

When you’re moving something heavy, one person needs to take the lead and be in charge

No Hulkin’ Around

This isn't the gym!

If the object is even semi-heavy, have someone else lift it with you.

Know your limits. When you lift something a little too heavy, that's when you end up putting a hole through the wall, or getting hurt.

Make it lighter! Drawers out.

Move slowly and carefully. Slow and steady wins the race.

Lift with your legs, not with your back.

Work your corners. Where there’s a will, there's a way.

If there's no way, don’t shove it through an area.

Ask your Community Builder if you need help!

If it's valuable, wrap it up. Double-check with the Neighbor.

Don’t place heavy things on top of light things ...duh.
