If we’re more than 10 minutes late with no upfront communication, the first 2 hours of labor are free.

Quality Work

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the work, we’ll come back and complete the job to a higher standard within 48 hours, or it’s free.

Respectful

If Sons were not respectful and neighborly, for your next job we will give you 2 free hours of labor.

Insurance

In the unlikely event we damage something, we will quickly cover the full cost—up to $5,000—out-of-pocket (within 7 days) or our $1 million general liability insurance policy will handle it.

As with all Neighbor relationships, the relationship goes both ways! We care about you and we hope you care about us. Please bear in mind that Rent Sons always reserves the right to no longer work with Neighbors who are abusing Our Good Neighbor Promise.

3. What if the job takes less time than I booked?

If Sons complete the job early, the Sons will find other chores to help you with for the rest of the time you rented.

4. Are Sons qualified to do my job?

We certify all of our Sons so that your experience is stress-free. You can read about our certification process Here.

5. What if a Sons gets injured on the job. Will I have to cover it?

No, Sons are covered by $500,000 of Occupational Accident Insurance.

6. What if I have to cancel my job?

We understand that life is unpredictable and things happen. As long as you let us know more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, there's no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, we will have to charge you for 50% of your reserved time. In some special cases—such as a family emergency—we may consider waiving the 50% charge and simply rescheduling the job. Please understand that we review these on a case-by-case basis and generally require documentation of the emergency.
