NOTE: ALL COMP DISPLAYED HERE DOESN’T INCLUDE TIPS!

$13/hr – “Starter Son/Daughter”
$14/hr – “Certified Son/Daughter”
$16/hr – “Advanced Son/Daughter”
$17/hr – “Lead Son/Daughter”

$13/hr- “Starter Son/Daughter”

 
Requirements:

  • Fully onboarded (interview, documents, insurance, WIW app, onboarding)

  • Demonstrate that you are capable of working a variety of jobs in the field

  • Prove your work ethic and values, demonstrating the “Rent Sons Way”

  • Get certified by an Advanced Son/Daughter, Lead Son/Daughter, or Community Manager (CM) in moving, landscaping, painting + odd jobs within 10 jobs or less

$14/hr- “Certified Son/Daughter”

 
Requirements:

  • Meets prior qualifications

  • “Useful” in all job types

  • Timely, strong work ethic, sets availability

  • Exemplifies agape, growth mindset, finishing strong

Materials:
Welcome package with multitool and gloves

$15/hr - “Experienced Son”

 
Requirements:

  • Meets prior qualifications

  • Minimum of 150 + worked in field

  • Quality worker and proficient in job types

  • Capable, trusted, and can be a ‘foreman’ on jobs

  • Involved in the Rent Sons “community” (parties, outreach, etc.)

Materials:

$16/hr - “Advanced Son”

 
Requirements:

  • Meets prior qualifications

  • Minimum of 250+ hours

  • Highly skilled and responsible in the field

  • Knowledgeable in all Rent Sons trades

  • Ability to certify other Sons/Daughters

  • Pass a test in skills + leading jobs

Materials:
Rent Sons hoodie

$17/hr - “Lead Son”

 
Requirements:

  • Meets prior qualifications

  • Able to certify, lead jobs, and do estimates

  • The CM’s right hand man/woman with the potential to open their own community

  • Pass an interview (skills, leading jobs, overall job knowledge)

  • Weekly reports to CM for time worked/goals met
