Do not cause harm to yourself or your neighbor.
DO NOT do anything that can harm you or the Neighbor.
If you’re unsure or uncomfortable, immediately contact your Community Builder.
If something at a job site is damaged, you are responsible for going back and amending the problem free of charge.
Sometimes a job can be frustrating and challenging, but always do your best to control how you communicate that frustration.
Do not take payments.
All payments are pre-approved by your Community Builder, so if a Neighbor tries to pay you with cash/check, contact your Community Builder to let them know what’s going on.
This structure is very important to follow because everything needs to be recorded and organized properly by the administrative assistant.
Feel free to accept tips for a job well done!
Do not schedule a job yourself.
The same neighbor may request you again for the following week. Notify your Community Builder, and they can make arrangements for that request. Simply inform the Neighbor to submit a job request through the site, requesting the job be done specifically by you.
Scheduling a job outside of Rent Sons will result in being taken off of When I Work.
Do not get distracted.
We all have challenges in our lives and it’s okay to talk about them, but leave those discussions off the job site. It’s great to talk and laugh with fellow Sons and Daughters but make sure it doesn’t get in the way of serving the Neighbor.
Do not lose your job.
Leave your phone in your pocket when with a neighbor (unless working alone and then we encourage music and podcasts).
No Smoking Dragons. Smoking and/or vaping is not to be done in front of Neighbors.
If you confirm a job and do not show up or if you are late more than twice, you will be up for dismissal.
